No. Anyone who guarantees a removal is either not telling you the truth or does not understand how platform review works. What I can tell you, before you pay anything, is whether your case has grounds a platform will act on and what a realistic outcome looks like. If the honest answer is that it cannot be done, you hear that instead of an invoice.

Q: What does it cost?

Scope and price are agreed in writing before any work starts, and both depend on the case. A single impersonation account is not the same job as an ongoing protection programme or a contested handle claim. There are no open-ended retainers. Q: How long does it take?

It depends entirely on the platform and the case type. Some routes resolve in days, others need escalation that takes longer than either of us would like. You get a realistic picture at the assessment stage rather than an optimistic one at the start.

Q: Is any of this legal?

All of it. Every case runs through the platform's own reporting and legal channels, on documented grounds. I do not access accounts that are not yours, I do not buy or sell credentials, and I do not take work aimed at silencing legitimate speech or journalism. That is why every request is reviewed before it is accepted.

Q: You recover accounts. How is that different from hacking?

Recovery means proving to a platform that you are the rightful owner, so it restores your access through its own process. It needs evidence: identity, prior access, ownership history. If you cannot establish that the account is yours, there is no case. That is the whole distinction, and it is not a flexible one.

Q: Will the other person know it was me?

A takedown does not hand over your correspondence. But some report types require the rights holder to be named, a trademark claim for instance. Where that is true I tell you before anything is filed, so you decide with the full picture in front of you.

Q: What do you need from me to start?

Links to the content or the account, screenshots with the dates visible, what the grounds are, and anything you have already tried. The more of that you have in the first message, the faster I can tell you whether I can help.

Q: Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, on request. Confidentiality is the default either way. Nothing about your case is shared, shown, or used as an example, including here, which is why you will not find client names or case studies anywhere on this site.

Tell me what happened.

Case type 01·Content or account removal

What this is
Impersonation, or footage used against you. A fake account built from your name and your photographs, or a video circulating without your consent, posted to embarrass, pressure, or mislead. Taken on where the grounds are clear and documented, never to settle a disagreement or silence someone's right to speak.

What I do
Removed outright, not flagged and left pending, then watched afterwards, so if it resurfaces it comes down again before you have to notice. The request goes out under my name, not yours. Where a report type requires the rights holder to be named, I tell you before anything is filed. I start on these the day they arrive, and you will know the moment it is done.

Case type 03·Account recovery

What this is
An Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, X or WhatsApp account that is hacked, disabled, suspended, or simply gone, and the recovery form leads nowhere. Sometimes with someone else posting from it while you watch.

What I do
Ownership re-established and the account back in your hands, with whatever was done to it while you were locked out found and undone. You resume as if it never happened, not as if you are starting over.

What this is

What this is
A username sitting dormant, squatted, or used by someone with no claim to it, while you operate under a variation of your own name.

Case type 06·Extortion, sextortion or blackmail

What this is
Extortion, and its commonest form, sextortion. Someone holding a photo, a video, a conversation, or an accusation over you, demanding money, more material, or your silence. It usually starts on WhatsApp, Snapchat, Instagram or Telegram, is often still unfolding when you first write to me, and is usually the one thing you have told no one else.

What I do
Handled by me alone, from the first message to the last, and nothing you tell me is stored on this site; what you send me is deleted when the case closes. You will not be asked to justify yourself, or to relive it more than once. The goal is simple: whatever is being held over you stops being able to hurt you. For good, not just for now.
