One person, from the first message to the last

Every case is handled by me personally. There is no team to be routed to and no hand-off. You deal with the same person throughout, in Arabic or English, on Telegram at @klay or by email at admin@klay.run. Those are the only channels.

What is put in writing before anything starts

An assessment: whether it can be done, what a realistic outcome looks like, the scope, and the price. Nothing begins until it is agreed, and there are no open-ended retainers. Invoices and contracts are issued in writing by a licensed freelance practitioner in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Confidentiality, and the NDA

Confidential by default: nothing about the case is shared, shown or reused, including as an example, which is why there are no client names or case studies on this site. An NDA is signed on request, before any detail is exchanged if you prefer. Some report types require the rights holder to be named, a trademark claim for instance. Where that is true, you are told before anything is filed.

Who I speak to

You, the person concerned, or both. Say which in your first line. If the person concerned would rather not be named yet, do not name them: the first exchange can run on the facts alone. The same confidentiality covers everyone on your side, and the case moves between you without being explained twice.

The reference

Every case has one reference, KLAY followed by four characters. It is the only key to the case page, which shows the stage, the dates and my short notes, and nothing else. Anyone holding it can see the stage and send evidence against the case, so give it only to the people who should be able to do both. Evidence sent through the site reaches me directly and is deleted when the case closes.

What I do not take

Nothing aimed at silencing legitimate speech or journalism, whoever asks. No access to accounts that are not the principal's. No guaranteed outcomes: if it cannot be done, you hear that instead of an invoice.
