Before you pay anyone.

Removal, recovery and reputation work attract people who promise everything. How to tell the real thing from the rest.

3 min readUpdated 4 September 2026

Every situation on this site attracts a market of people who will promise you anything. Some are honest and good. Some will take your money and disappear, and a few will take your material and use it. Here is how I would judge someone, including me.

Red flags

  • A guarantee. Nobody can guarantee a platform's decision. Anyone who does is either lying or does not understand how review works.
  • Asking for your password. Never needed, ever.
  • Payment first, details later, especially in cryptocurrency or gift cards.
  • Contact only through a fresh account with no history, or a handle one letter away from someone else's.
  • Pressure. A countdown, a discount that ends tonight, a warning that tomorrow will be too late.
  • Claims of inside access at Instagram, TikTok or Google. There is no such thing for hire.

Good signs

  • They tell you what cannot be done before you pay.
  • Scope and price in writing before the work starts.
  • They ask for evidence and grounds, not for access.
  • They can explain the route they will use, in plain words.
  • They have been reachable at the same channels for years.

About me

My channels are the two named on this site, and nowhere else. Anyone else claiming to be KLAY is not me. Every case is priced in writing before anything starts, I never ask for passwords, and if the honest answer is that it cannot be done, you hear that instead of an invoice.

If someone has already taken money from you for a job they did not do, tell me what happened. It is often part of the case.
