KLAYPrivacy
How your case is kept.
Confidential is a promise, so here is what it means on this site: what is stored, where your words and files go, how long anything stays, and what never exists in the first place. Every line describes the site as it is built, not a policy written to cover someone.
What the site keeps
What is never stored on the site
- Your name, your contact line, or the text of anything you wrote.
- Your files. Screenshots and documents pass straight through to me and are not kept on the server.
- Cookies, analytics, or any record of who visited which page.
- Your address on the network, beyond a ten-minute counter that stops abuse of the case lookup and the evidence form, and then forgets.
- Anything from a third-party form service, font host, or script. Every file on this site is served from klay.run itself.
Where your message goes
When you write through the site, your browser sends the message to klay.run, and klay.run hands it to me on Telegram in the same second. It is not written down on the way. If you email admin@klay.run instead, it travels like any email, through Google Workspace, to my inbox only. If you arrived from an advertisement, the message also carries the campaign name and the click identifier from the address you arrived on, so I know which advertisement brought you. That goes to me on Telegram only, never back to the advertising network.
Where your evidence goes
Files you attach, on the first form or later from your case page, are forwarded to my Telegram as documents, tied to your reference. The site does not keep a copy. They sit in a private chat that only I can open, and I remove them when a case is closed.
Your case page
Anyone holding your reference can open your case page and see the stage, the dates and my short notes, nothing more. That is why the reference is the only key, and why you should keep it to yourself. If you lose it, write to me and I will find your case.
In your browser
The site sets no cookies. It remembers two small things on your own device: your language, if you switched it, and that the opening animation has already played this session. Both live in your browser only, and clearing your browsing data removes them.
Who can see what
The site runs on Cloudflare, which delivers the pages the way any host does. I have not turned on visitor analytics, and there is no advertising, tracking, or embedded content from anyone else. Security headers stop the site from being framed or from loading scripts from elsewhere.
Who is responsible
KLAY is a one-person practice, a licensed freelance practitioner in Saudi Arabia. The person who answers admin@klay.run and @klay is the person who reads your case, runs it, and is responsible for this site and for everything it keeps. No staff, no subcontractors and no partner firms see your case. If you need that confirmed for a lawyer or a court, write with your reference and I confirm it in writing.
Removing everything
Write to me with your reference and I delete the case record at once, and remove the evidence from my Telegram. Nothing else about you exists to delete.
